  • Space Planning – assist with decision making on furniture to keep, furniture placement, measuring and assessing new property

  • Decorating –  making simple cosmetic choices like carpeting, paint colour, fabrics for reupholstery or recommending and working with an architect, interior designer, custom built-ins, closet solutions, window treatments where needed, assistance with refurbishing existing pieces – reupholstery, cleaning, restoring

  • Audio Visual Assessment: working with audio visual company to uninstall/reinstall equipment, source new equipment, streaming devices, smart home technology installation

MOVING
​

  • Coordinate and book mover and or other personalized moving services for specific needs to owner’s other properties, family members, moving of heirloom pieces nationwide

  • Assist with transfer of utilities, mail-forwarding, notification of address change to all appropriate parties

  • Coordinate and assist with all packing requirements - packing can be done at all levels: using the Blossom team, the mover’s packers, working with family members - customized solutions

  • Coordinate and manage moving day: oversee loading and unloading of truck, working with concierge, booking elevators where needed

  • Coordinate cleaning of property after move-out

  • Liaise with agent where needed
