DIY STAGING CONSULTING

Meet client on-site and review property in detail. Provide comprehensive written report with recommendations made to assist in securing the most equity for the home. Report is extensive and includes information pertaining to all areas: curb appeal, floors, walls, ceilings, windows, furniture layout, customized weekly checklist and a customized open house checklist. Every room in the home is assessed individually.

Starting at $250+HST for up to 2,000 square feet

 

LOOK AND SEE

1/2 hour on-site visit. Home is assessed, photos and notes are taken. This visit is for information gathering to prepare a comprehensive customized quote for staging services, based on the clients needs and budget.

 

STAGING WORK

Blossom can provide assistance with any or all of the recommendations provided in the consultation report or quote. Kathleen is also a Professional Organizer and can provide an array of organizing services and concierge services to prepare a home for sale.

 

SHOWCASING

The final touches are applied to the home to ensure the property is marketed to its maximum potential to a targeted buyer. Confirmation that all staging work is completed.
